23yrs Mohamed Kamara made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on three court charges of wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861, Wounding contrary to section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1861and Assault Occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 24th October 2021 at Guard Street the western area in Freetown wounded Ibrahim Turay with intent to do him grievous bodily harm and assaulted the said complainant.
The accused person was not legally represented.
However, bail was granted to the accused person in the sum of twenty million Leones with two sureties in like sum surety to be resident in the western area, sureties to produce valid identity card one surety to be employed the bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar.
Sergeant 11406 Musu E Kpulun prosecuting and matter adjourned to the 10th December 2021.
