21yrs old Foday Bangura a store keeper and 28yrs old Alfred Maclean a business man made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to law and Larceny.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 17th July 2022 at Gbendembu off main peninsular Road the western area in Freetown conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Larceny; on count two at the same place and date both accused persons stole one bundle Zincs 8feet, one generator battery, one roll fiber line, one fill drum emulsion paint rubber, four used emulsion paint rubber, one life fowl, one rubber bucket all to the total value of three thousand two hundred and thirty Leones (3,230,000) property of Mohamed Salieu Jalloh.
The charges were read and explained to the accused persons and they pleaded guilty.
However, the prosecutor told the bench that she is offering no evidence in respect of count one and two and there are no available records for both accused persons. Magistrate Gogra sentences the first accused person to six months imprisonment and the second accused person to three months imprisonment to the male correctional center in Freetown.
