The former Minister of State East for All People’s Congress (APC) Karamoh Kabba has exonerated Hon. Mohamed Bangura for taking up his parliamentary seat at the time the APC asked all elected Members of Parliament for non- participation in any government affairs.

Mr Kabba said the Honorable Member of Parliament action was legitimate and there is anti-party crime in refusing to partake in a strike/boycott action.

He urged his party to put aside all-biased political desires within the rank and files of the party and settle their internal discord.

He vent at his party for failing to listened to the many advices from senior members of the party but went ahead to comply with government of Sierra Leone against  the party wish.

He took to his twitter page (now X) and said:

#APC (All Peoples Congress) party #SierraLeone has learned nothing from the negative outcomes of vindictiveness against its own in the name of anti-party activities.

The failed Executive of the Party is left with nothing to cover its negadness but a gaslighting strategy — Despite some blind supporters that are succumbing to this crude psychological manipulation tactics, we refuse to be manipulated into questioning our own sanity and reasoning.

They went into a negotiation process with the #GovernmentOfSierraLeone in respect of the allegedly stolen 2023 elections ill-prepared and came out with no disaggregated polling station by polling station results nor the much talked about re-run elections as promised, except for protectionism.

They failed to gather their own disaggregated results during the elections, they failed to protect the votes before, during and after elections.

What’s more, they dogmatically refused to seek redress in Court despite professional advice because they were not prepared with RRFs for evidence.

They are now looking for scapegoats, and Hon. Mohamed Bangura has become a good sport for that. But let it be known that they have picked up another uphill battle because Hon. Bangura is right all this time for going to Parliament to rightfully represent his constituents and his Party in the absence of a strong case from the Party Executive.

Besides, there’s no anti-party crime in refusing to partake in a strike/boycott action. It’s time to pick our pieces not to create more channels of discord.
