Moses Walker, Mohamed Sheriff ,Ibrahim Alphajor Bah, Ibrahim Massaquoi, and eleven others made their first appearance before Magistrate Lloye Jusu on four count charges to with disorderly behavior contrary to section 12 of the public order Act No. 46 of 1965 as replaced and repealed by section 12 (a) of No. 15 of 1973. Riotous conduct: contrary to section 12(a) of the public order Act No. 46 of 1965 as repealed and replaced by Act No. 15 of 1973.
According to the charge sheet on the 26th March 2021 at Main Motor road Brookfield’s in Freetown, Moses Walker, Mohamed Sheriff, Ibrahim Massaquio, Ibrahim Alphajor Bah and twelve others behaved in a riotous and disorderly manner.
The charges were read and explained to all accused persons and they pleaded guilty. Magistrate Lloye Jusu cautioned all accused persons and asked them to pay the sum of two hundred thousand Leones each or one month jail at the male correctional Center in Freetown. Lawyer T.Bah represented all accused persons and ASP Williams prosecuted the matter.
