ACCUSED DENIED BAIL

Magistrate Sahr Keikura of Pademba road Court No4 on the 14th January, 2021 refused to grant bail application for Abdul Rahman Sesay. He is standing trial on various count charges ranging from wounding causing grievous bodily harm and assault.
In the charged sheet it was read that on the 7th January, 2012; the accused Abdul Rahman Sesay at Texas Guard Street, Freetown allegedly committed the offence of wounding causing grievous and assault against Zainab Koroma of the same address.
The accused and the complainant were not legally represented, and P.C Inspector Marie Sesay prosecuted the matter that has been adjourned to 21st January 2021.
