Police at East End Police are hunting for the rider of a tricycle who blocked circular road on May 27th and insulted and confronted Magistrate Alpha Rashid Jalloh when the Magistrate persuaded him to clear out of the way.
The Magistrate who was on his way home encountered the rider who parked his tricycle with registration number ASL 395 on the middle of the road and conveniently chatting with someone.
The Magistrate hooted his car horn several times but the rider did not pay attention to him. Whiles that was going on, a truck arrived and the driver out of anger blocked the tricycle.
At this juncture, the Magistrate still persuaded the rider to clear the way but the rider started again raining insults on him and this time around joined by his female passenger who bluffed of having a lawyer, and she even took off her wig and confronted the Magistrate but she had to be restrained and Magistrate Jalloh sought the Protection of two Police Officers standing by but they refused to invite the rider and the aggressive lady passenger to the Station. The Magistrate then went at East End Police and reported the matter and they are now searching for the rider.
