25yrs old Alhaji Dumbuya a driver made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on three court charges to wit Wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861, Wounding contrary to section 20 of the offences against the persons Act 1861 and Assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.

According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 16th December 2021 at Olorshoro off Murray Town the western area in Freetown wounded Sahr Pettiquoi with intent to do him grievous bodily harm and Assaulted the said complainant.

Counsel representing the accused person S. Campbell renewed his previous bail application on behalf of the accused person

However, magistrate Keikura granted the accused person bail in the sum of two hundred million Leones or one surety in like sum surety must be elderly person the surety should produce identity card depicting his/her address in Freetown.

 Bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar. Inspector Kadie M Taylor is prosecuting the matter whilst Charles Israel Williams is associating with the prosecution.

Matter adjourned to the 2nd March 2022.
