24 Years Old N’Fa Musa Suma was on Thursday 11 May 2023 sent on remand by Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba road court No1 for allegedly being found in possession of 104 wraps of Kush.
The accused made his first appearance in court and was charged with one count of unlawful possession of Kush contrary to section 8(a) of the National Drugs Control Act No 10 of 2008.
The police alleged that the accused N’Fa Musa Suma on Wednesday 12th April 2023 at No.32 Peninsular Road, Adonkia, Freetown was found in possession of one hundred and four wraps (104) of Kush contained in a brown coffee mate plastic container weighing 26.4grams without lawful authority.
The accused did not take his plea and no legal representation was made on his behalf in court.
Magistrate Ngegba refuse bail and remanded him in prison whiles the matter was adjourned to the 29th May 2023 for further hearing.
ASP Davis Cole Esq is prosecuting the matter in court.
