Alieu Conteh a Footballer made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Wounding Contrary to section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1861 and Assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 19th February 2022 at circular Road the western area in Freetown maliciously wounded Lawrence Simba Musa and assaulted him in a manner thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm
The accused person was unrepresented and he has made ten appearance in court.
Magistrate Gogra discharge the accused person for want of prosecution, while the matter was been prosecuted by Inspector Musu E Kpulun.
