Police Detective Sergeant Issa Kamara with Force number 8576 Kamara I attached at the exhibit office at CID Headquarters, Pademba Road, Freetown, on Monday February 27th 2023, testified before Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Court No 1, regarding what he knows about a larceny/unlawful eviction matter against Sahr Kabba (accused), who was accused by the complainant Sahr Ellie that he stole his fifty million Leones and unlawfully evicted him at Garrison Street, Freetown.
The witness who is an exhibit clerk attached at CID Headquarters, said he recalled on the 24th June 2022, when Detective Police Constable 17801 Mansaray MS attached at the Major Incident Units at CID Headquarters, handed over to him one old assorted colour Ghana must go bag which was registered in the court exhibit book marked RCE 22/2022, abd it was tendered in court and marked exhibit H, end of testimony.
He was cross examined by the defense counsel A Kamara Esq.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Ngegba granted the accused person bail the prosecutor Inspector Kadie M Taylor told the Court that she has closed her case.
The defense told the court that they will open their case on the next adjourned date.
Matter adjourned to the 13th March 2023.
