High Court Judge, Justice Adrian J. Fisher will today Wednesday 23rd November, 2022 deliver final Judgment in the Contempt Proceedings matter between the chairman of the Interim Transitional Governing Committee (ITGC) of the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC), Alfred Peter Conteh Vs former president, Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma and Others.
Earlier this year, Justice Fisher delivered a final Judgment on a separate matter between Alfred Peter Conteh and former president Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma, All People’s Congress (APC) and PPRC.
The High Court Judge dissolved the former APC National Executive, ordered for an Interim Committee to be set up, and perpetual injunction granted against the former National Executive from holding themselves out as Executive members.
The National Secretary General of APC, Ambassador Osman Foday Yansaneh was ordered to vacate office within 14 Days and provided handover notes to the interim committee.
