Sahr Mbayoh an electrician has on the 16th March 2021, appeared before Magistrate Isata Sellu Tucker in Freetown for stabbing a school going pupil with scissors.
The accused is charged with three counts of wounding with intent, wounding and assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to the laws of Sierra Leone.
According to the charge sheet, the accused Sahr Mbayoh on Saturday 28 November 2020, at Metchem junction Godrich, Freetown, maliciously wounded Musa Bah a pupil.
Count 2 states that the accused on Saturday 28 November 2020, at Metchem junction Godrich in Freetown, wounded Musa Bah.
According to count 3 charge statement, the accused on Saturday 28 November 2020, assaulted Musa Bah in a manner occasioning actual bodily harm.
No bail was granted to the accused and was remanded in custody. Matter has been adjourned to 24 March 2021. Inspector Francis Macaulay is prosecuting the matter.
