On Saturday 7th October 2023, EAP Group of Companies held a historic engagement with clients regarding the highly anticipated ‘Motherland City Project’. The Chairman, Dr Alex O Philips, addressed dozens of jubilant clients at the Atlantic Hotel, Lumley-Aberdeen Beach Road in Freetown to provide a concrete assurance that the project is alive and kicking.
As a company, EAP Group of Companies is committed to delivering on its promises and reassures its valuable subscribers and those intending to subscribe to the project that the Motherland City Project is progressing as planned. To demonstrate the company’s commitment, they have put measures in place through their legal team to refund any client that may need assistance in this regard.
Dr. Philips emphasized that EAP Group of Companies is not a fraudulent organization and is doing everything in their power to ensure that their clients secure their accommodations. The Chairman assured clients of the willingness of their investors, highlighting that they are even more determined to expand to various parts of the country and erect sample houses by January 2024.
Emmanuel Margai, a client who spoke on behalf of the attending clients echoed Dr. Philips’ sentiment, stating that nothing worth achieving comes without challenges. Margai encouraged clients to make informed decisions and not let negative social media reports influence their decision-making. He assured the company of his and other clients’ conviction and belief in the project’s success.
