Foday Fofanah made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.3 in Freetown on one count charge of Fraudulent conversion contrary to section 20 (i) (iv) (a) of the Larceny Act 1916

However, Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the Sum of fifty million Leones or two sureties in like sum sureties to be resident in the western area sureties to produce valid identity card or National passport both sureties to be 50 years and above both sureties to be property owned in Freetown, Bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar
