41yrs old Umaru Koroma made another appearance before magistrate Sahr Keikura of pademba road court in Freetown on two counts Charges to wit Conspiracy contrary to law and Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the charge sheet it was alleged that on diverse dates between 1st January and 31st March 2021 at Bamoi Luma Town Kambia in the Kambia district the North west region in Sierra Leone conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Larceny and stole one hundred and eighty kilograms (180kg) of Catalyst material valued at forty thousand United states dollars ($40,000) property of Chukumma Peter Chibuike.
Counsel representing the accused person Bangura adopts his previous application for bail on behalf of the accused person.
Magistrate Keikura in delivering his ruling granted the accused person bail in the sum of five hundred million Leones or one surety in like sum the surety must be permanently resident in Freetown he/she should produce any identity document depicting his/her address on it to be approved by the Deputy Assistant Registrar (DAR)
