Cricket Sierra Leone Names Final Senior Women’s Squad Ahead of Botswana ICC Outing

Cricket Sierra Leone (CSL) has named fourteen players to form the final squad of the National  Senior Women’s Cricket Team ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Africa Division 2 Qualifier scheduled for Gaborone Botswana from July 18 through July 27, 2025.

The following list captures those selected based on performance merit and off-field conduct:

The Ladies are just from Rwanda on a team-testing tour, pulling up their sleeves  for Gaborone show.

Sierra Leone will take on seven other nations distributed across two groups. The Ladies are in Group B, which includes host side Botswana, Mozambique, and Eswatini.

The country’s first match will be against Mozambique on July 20 before facing Eswatini the next day. The tournament will entertain 26 matches fired  by the spirits of home preparation.

The Female Patriots are poised to redefine their Kalahari gold prowess. Already familiar with the ovals on the foreign soil, the fight will all be their strength.
