Alie Suliaman Turay a police officer made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 4th January 2022 during operation restore sanitary central police station the western area in Freetown stole one TVS Star LX Motor bike with registration number ANS 583.
The charge was read to the accused person and he pleaded not guilty on his first appearance.
However the complainant Alieu Suliaman Turay told the court that he will not proceed with the matter.
Magistrate Gogra left with no option than to discharge the matter.
Inspector Mabel M Tarawalie is prosecuting the matter.
