25yrs old Santigie Bai Mansaray a Carpenter made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 9th July 2022 at Leicester Peak the mountain rural district the western area in Freetown did steal twenty five Leaves 2×12×14 boards each valued one hundred and forty thousand Leones(140,000) all to the total value of three million five hundred thousand Leones (3,500,000) property of Sampha Sesay.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and pleaded guilty. However, the prosecution told the court that there’s no available criminal records about the accused person pleaded for mercy he was sentenced to three months imprisonment to the male correctional center in Freetown Assistant Superintendent of police A.S Sankoh
