22yrs old Fitter Sahr Kopor made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916

According to the particulars of offence on the 29th May 2022 at King Harman road car wash Brookfields the western area in Freetown Stole one Red TVS Tricycle (keke) with registration number AOF 623 valued twenty two million five hundred thousand Leones (22,500,000) property of Josephus Peter Kanu whilst in the custody of Alusine Kanu.

The charge was read and explained to the accused person and pleaded guilty on his first appearance. 

The prosecutor informed the Bench that there are no available records the accused person pleaded for mercy. However, Magistrate Gogra sentenced the accused person to eighteen months imprisonment, while Deputy Superintendent of police Eric A Deen Prosecuted the matter.
