54yrs Old Abass Kabba a business Contractor made his first appearance before Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Unlawful Eviction Contrary to law and Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on the 23rd May 2022 at No.22 Garrison Street the western area in Freetown unlawfully evicted Kai Ellie Without lawful authority.
On count two the accused person at the same place and date stole from is assorted colour “Ghana must go” bag value the sum of fifty million Leones (50,000,000) property of Sahr David Ellie
The charges were read and explained to the accused person and he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecution informed the Bench that her witness is absent.
However Magistrate Ngegba refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown.
The matter was adjourned to the 16th August 2022 for further hearing Inspector Kadie M Taylor Prosecuting the matter.
