A middle age man identified as Ansu and of 555 spot area in Koidu City is reported to have been stabbed to death on Friday 4th February, 2022 by some unidentified people in Kono district.
Reports making the rounds at the 555 spot area and the municipality of Koidu as a whole state that the deceased was allegedly stabbed to death by unknown perpetrators because on the aforementioned fateful date; that he behaved contrary to the usual agreement, i.e. as a care taker of a particular house at the 555 spot area that is use for brothel.
According to reports he denied the unknown stabbers access to the house and as a result they vexatiously stabbed him on his head and ran away; he later died at the Koidu government hospital.
The reports further maintained that prior to the death of the deceased he was always seen with gang stars or bad boys in the afore said community when most of the times he was strictly advised by his colleague elderly people to discontinue such relationship or life but to no avail.
The deceased besides being a care taker he was also living alone in Kono District as he hails from Kenema. His remains have been laid to rest whilst police investigation into the matter continues.
