BO Rangers Football Club is set to face LISCR FC in the CAF Champions League Preliminary second leg at the S.K.D Stadium on 27th August 2023.
The Rangers are going into this match after a 1-1 all-draw in the first-leg encounter at the Southern Arena Stadium in BO City ; the very first CAF Champion League match to be played in the Provinces. The team is hoping to change the first-leg results and qualify for the next round of the Champions’ League group stages.
Solomon Demby the Assistant Public Relations Officer of BO Rangers said he is highly prepared to take on the LISCR FC this weekend, noting the technical team has told the boys the significance of the return leg as nothing else but to grab the three points and progressed to the next rounds of the preliminary.
He confirms that the Management of BO Rangers has put buses in place to take along a thousand Fans to Liberia to give huge support to the boys as the team is pushing to make it to the next rounds, adding the buses are free of cost as the fans are not going pay anything it a free of charge both to and fro.
In the last Campaign, BO Rangers were knocked out by a team in Algeria, after a (1-1) all-draw in the first leg and lost by three goals nil away from home According to the draw of the preliminary BO Rangers knockout LISCR FC they will the same team that knock them out the last time.
Some Executive members of the Sierra Leone Football Association are going to be with the team in Liberia to help them with some administrative work as the team hopes of qualifying to the next stage.
