Ahead of Sierra Leone Premier League resumption, the current League leader BO Rangers Football club has on the 6th September 2021 unveiled their technical team at the Elephant Theatre hall in BO City.
According to Babadi Kamara, Chairman of BO Rangers Football club the appointment is timely because the current head coach Dominic Junior Konneh has left for national assignment and the club cannot run like that and there is a need to appoint new technical team.
He affirmed that the dream of the club is to win the Sierra Leone Premier league, the players, the board, and fans are ready to do their best for the club to achieve it dream. He added that the purpose of the appointment is that there has been some vacant position in the team which they need to fixed up before the resumption of the Premier league on Saturday.
He further that the club has one of the functional board in the Country that always want to see the development of it in all levels.
Chairman of BO Rangers Football Club said the management will do their best to continue supporting the players but the players should be disciplined and do their best also to win the League.
Four people were unveiled as part of BO Rangers Football club technical team that will help stair the affairs of the club;
1. Mr. Kabineh Kamara was a former player of the club, he has served the club as a player and the board brings him back to serve with the technical team.
2. Mr. Alhaji Foray (Abedi) has been around the game for years and has served as U-17 coach for the female national team, he has also served as assistant coach for the U-23 national team and he was the outgoing coach of Kamboi Eagles, a club he resigned few weeks ago.
3. Mamadu Kamara a Guinean who has served as Goal-Keeper coach with A.S Kamlu in Guinea, and will serve in the similar capacity for the club.
4. Jose Salomon Cortes is a Swedish international has been appointed as head coach replacing John Dominic Konneh. All the appointees are expected to resumes work with immediate effect.
In the unveiling ceremony Mr. Fasallay Tarawallie someone who has been pivotal in support the club dish out one hundred million Leones to the BO Rangers Football Club players and he also promise (500,000,000,) million Leones if they win the Sierra Leone Premier league.
On Saturday the 11th September 2021 BO Rangers will welcome East End Tigers Football club at the BO mini Stadium. In other to help the players prepared for the crunch tie Mr. Fasallay Tarawallie boost the team with 100 bags of rice, 100 cartoon of luncheon meat, and 100 gallons of Cooking oil.
“I know you have food but I want you guys to have surplus and more prepared at all time,” said Fasallay Tarawallie.
BO Rangers Football club are currently the league leaders in the Sierra Leone Premier league, title they hoping to grab at all cost.
