When we say Paopa: there is a hidden message that sounds like the chirping beat of obstinato in musical sense Paopa is to say by all means, no compromise.
Such a resolve in the posturing of President Julius Maada Bio is positive as it carries the predicate Salone go Better, hollering the hope that this country like the mythological phoenix is going to arise from its ashes and soar up, even skylarking.

Corruption becomes high risk rather that something stamped as a way of life; systems created to beat profiteering in amassing filthy lucre; education edified rather than treated as a sham, a charade of attaining status people can hardly defend in workplaces.
This means we are insisting in the Paopo mantra that Sierra Leoneans should be true to themselves. Mek we lef false life small, small… This is speaking to those faking online and offline to create dark images
The Paopo logic believes in the collective strive to make strides. All hands on deck. Ministries department and agencies are poling synergies and energies to make the post pandemic recovery. Money invested in agriculture, road connectivity, mines exploitation, women and children rights promotion, effective communication, upgrading land redistribution systems for affordable and accessible shelter service delivery, improvement in life expectancy in reliable health care delivery that is underpinning by water sanitation and hygiene promotion. Paopo is insisting that we deserve a safe environment, where can up our aspiration beyond the bowl of rice as problem that has blunted our imaginations to innovative but pandering to false life.
Now the years is coming to an end and the resources that we have been able to locally generate in the context of pandemic of closed economies we are now redistributing among sectors, ministries, department and agencies to defend based on the outlined budget plans linked to activities pbjectives and goals for the legislature to approve. This is not a one party discourse; the opposition parties have reason to vet the various plans and realistically come to terms with the figures. Some of the projected figures are just unrealistic, which means they could be low for what targeted outcomes. Some are just too much for what they might profess to achieve.
But the systems created in the office of the Chief Minister that has the object of trying to aid work output of the Ministries, department and agencies is sure to create a ballast in the smooth sail to a charted new direction of safe landing not on a regret wharf; amen….
Sierra Leone is going to defy those with dark designs to see us making progress backwards. As we put CPVID I9 behind us in the dropping figures, PAOPA is poise to beat sabotage. This is a blazing wave for progress, Paopo Salone go betteh.
