Babadi Kamara Brings Hope to Bo Rangers FC

He is considered as one of the country`s influential administrator that have taken football to another level. Some called him the messiah of Sierra Leone football.

Bo Rangers have long been in the wilderness before the Babadi resurfaced to change and give hopes to young footballers across the country. Bo Rangers have never boasted of a Club Secretariat since its inception but the coming of Babadi Kamara and his executive, Bo Rangers now cannot be compared with the country`s two most famous and successful clubs Mighty Blackpool and East End Lions.

Today, Bo Rangers is marching on with FC Kallon as the two most structured clubs in the country. Football is one of the most loved sports in Sierra Leone. Bo Rangers and FC Kallon continue to perform well, not only on the field but also in gaining wealth and increase their fan based across the country.

Although, the football leagues in the country aren`t the biggest in Africa or most popular but they are thrilling and adventurous in their way.

The new club Secretariat will be officially opened by his Excellency Rtd. Brig. Julius Maada Bio on May 21st 2021 in Bo. Many football followers in Bo City have hailed Babadi Kamara for lighting the club and hope to young players in the city of Bo to play football.

Speaking to Exclusive press, one of the country`s famous supporter, Mohamed Bangura fondly called `Nor for Tay De` heaped praise on Babadi Kamara for his relentless effort in promoting football across the country.

He said: “I have supported FC Kallon and East End Lions and I have never realized how important I’m until I met with Babadi who signed me outside Sierra Leone to join Bo Rangers because he knew how important I am”;

Bangura said. “Today supporters who are also playing important role in the game are now realizing their talents. When asked why he left East End Lions for Bo Rangers, he replied; “Football is money and what Babadi has done for me since I joined Bo Rangers no club chairman have reached that level’’; he fumed.
