Africa Achievers Award has bestowed on Ambassador Anthony Navo African Media Entrepreneur of the Year. The award takes cognizance of the fact that Navo as founder of AYV with five stand-alone media outlets in addition to managing a global partnership with the BBC has become a powerful and impressive tool for information sharing. The Previous winner of the award was Madam Mo Abudu, CEO Ebony Life Television in Nigeria. Navo holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from Essex in the United Kingdom and currently pursuing a master of Business Administration from University of Wales. Amb Navo has extensive affiliation with a litany of prestigious organizations having made his mark in other spheres of investment. He is expected to receive the award on 10th December at a reception organized by African Achievers Awards at Kensington Palace, London, United Kingdom. This year’s award will be preceded by an International summit hosted by Cambridge University Intellectual Forum on 9th December, 2021 on the Topic mobilizing Diaspora Investments for Sustainable Development in Africa. Amb Navo will be one of the speakers at the event. It could be recalled that AYV recently joined the DSTV family on channel 399.
