Ishmael Sesay an auto electrician on Monday 17 July 2023, appeared before Magistrate Hadiru Daboh of Court No 3 Ross Road, Freetown on a count of larceny contrary to Section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particular’s offence, the accused Ishmael Sesay sometime in July 2023, Black Hall Road, Freetown, did steal as a bailee one braim box, one fan belt, one water pump, one upper radiator, one transmission box and links and other items totalling to thirty-two million eight hundred thousand Leones entrusted to him by Kabba Turay for the purpose of repairs, property of the said Kabba Turay.
The accused is not represented and he was remanded by Magistrate Dahoh until 24 July 2023.
Sergeant 9155 Dwight Macarthy is Prosecuting the matter.
