His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio attended the opening ceremony of this year’s World Government Summit in Dubai.
Joined by fellow heads of state, private sector leaders, and representatives from various governments and international organizations, President Bio participated in discussions aimed at addressing pressing global challenges. The summit, a renowned platform for governance innovation, provides an opportunity for leaders to explore strategies to tackle complex global issues.
Following the opening remarks, President Bio held a productive bilateral meeting with H.E. Dr. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, President of the Republic of Kosovo. The leaders discussed ways to deepen cooperation between their nations, emphasizing the importance of mutual collaboration in addressing shared challenges. “We recognize the value of working together to enhance economic opportunities and share best practices,” President Bio said, highlighting a willingness to explore innovative sectors that could benefit both countries.
The discussions focused on key areas for collaboration, including technology transfer, education, and sustainable development initiatives, with both leaders agreeing to prioritize projects that align with their national interests and support economic growth.
