Chelsea Center-back Antonio Rudiger has on the 24th January 2022 safely arrived in Sierra Leone with a private plane at the Freetown International Airport.
According to the program outline during his stay, he will have a series of official engagements to explore opportunities for investment in Sports and keep the football conversation going after Sierra Leone’s exit from the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon.
The climax of his visit will be the launch of the Antonio Rudiger Foundation for Sierra Leone on Thursday 27th January 2022.
The German professional footballer has been always associating himself with his motherland (Sierra Leone) with notable support from the talisman towards the Country in Education, Health, and Sports. The visit is expected to bring lots of achievement in Sports development in the Country. He also expected to meets with key stakeholders in football to map out ways of developing the game in the Country.
