Alleged Shop Breaking: Laborer Docked

Mohamed Mansaray alias Dragon a labourer by profession on Friday August 4th 2023, made his first appearance before Magistrate Isata Sellu Tucker of Court No. 2 Pademba Road, Freetown, for breaking into his boss shop and stole money.

The accused is charged with a count of conspiracy to commit a crime contrary to law.

According to the charge sheet, the accused Mohamed Mansaray alias Dragon on Friday 21 July 2023, at Regent Grafton High Way Freetown, conspired together and with other person’s unknown to commit a crime.

On count two the accused Mohamed Mansaray alias Dragon on the same date and place in Freetown, with intent to steal broke and entered into the shop of AMNET building materials and stole therein the sum of thirty five thousand Leones (Le 35, 000), property of AMNET building materials shop whilst in the custody of Joseph Kai Joe.

When the charge was read and explained to the accused person; he pleaded not guilty.

He is not represented by any lawyer. Meanwhile, Magistrate Tucker remanded the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown and matter was adjourned to the 9th August 2023.
