42 years old Salieu Gaber IT consultant, 28 years old Musa Marrah a security, 24 years old Foday Musa Konneh and 17 years old Abdul Karim Conteh a technician made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on a count of Office Breaking and Larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Friday 15th September 2023 at 42 Charles Street the western area in Freetown with intent to broke and entered into the office of Joseph Rahall and stole therein one silver Hp 7 laptop 360 lid valued two thousand five hundred united States dollars, one silver Colour apple laptop computer valued one thousand two hundred united States dollars, one silver and black Samsung iPad, one grey box Bluetooth speaker valued three hundred united state dollars, one Samsung Garmin Global positioning system valued two hundred and fifty united States dollars, and the physical sum of three thousand united states dollars all to the total sum of one hundred and eighty six thousand six hundred Leones(186,600) Property of Joseph Rahall.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person, no plea was taken.

Executive Director at Green Scenery 42 Charles Street Freetown said he recognize the first and fourth accused persons whist the 2nd and 3rd accused persons as his employee he recalls on Friday 15th September 2023 at this juncture the Prosecutor seeks for a short adjournment date.
Counsel representing the accused persons G. Conteh and D. Fofanah applied for bail for and on behalf of the third accused person that he is a Sierra Leonean resident within this jurisdiction he has reliable sureties who are willing and ready to go into recognizance on his behalf he will not interfere with prosecution witness or witnesses nor will he Jump bail he made his application pursuant to section 79 2 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Kekura granted bail to the third accused persons in the sum of two hundred thousand Leones with two sureties in like sum sureties to be resident within this jurisdiction sureties to produce valid identity card depicting his or her address in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy assistant Registrar Matter adjourned to the 31st January 2024 for further hearing.
