Over the years, Africa’s youth have increasingly distanced themselves from farming, often perceiving it as outdated or unprofitable. Many young people migrate to urban areas in search of employment, leaving behind a critical gap in the agricultural workforce. Yet, agriculture remains one of Africa’s most essential sectors—providing livelihoods for millions and holding the transformative potential to revitalize economies when integrated with innovation and technology.
AgriCodeExpo Inc. is a dedicated organization focused on revitalizing rural communities through sustainable agricultural practices and education. Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional farming methods and modern technology by equipping farmers with innovative tools, practical resources, and tailored training. We aim to increase productivity and resilience in the face of challenges such as climate change and market limitations, prioritize sustainable job creation and market access, contribute to the achievement of the United Nations’ Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and serve as a framework for scaling the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and advancing the African Union’s Agenda 2063 “The Africa We Want.”

Mr. Abdul Magba-Kamara, Global Director, AgriCodeExpo Inc remains passionate about driving sustainable and innovative solutions within the agriculture sector, with a specific focus on strengthening global supply chains. His role involves engaging with national and international governments, development agencies, and private sector partners to support AgriCodeExpo Africa and AgriCodeExpo Inc. Sierra Leone. He provides strategic leadership on agricultural policy development and implementation, guiding regenerative food system strategies and aligning efforts across key global regions including Africa, Asia, China, Brazil, the United States, and Europe.
He also leads coalition-building efforts to advance our mission and secure donor support for impactful regional programs.
