Mohamed Tarawallie made his final appearance on the 17th May 2022 before Justice Brown Mark of the high court no.1in Freetown on one count charge wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence the accused person Mohamed Tarawallie on the 22nd November 2021 at Freetown in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone wounded Edward Kamara with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
The accused was sentenced by Justice Brown Mark to one year six months Imprisonment.
J S Tucker is prosecuting the matter whilst C Tucker represented the accused person.
