Sema Bangura made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of the Pademba Road court no 6 on one count charge of fraudulent conversion contrary to section 20 (1) (iv) 6 of the larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused person on Monday 14th February 2022 in the Freetown Judicial District, Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone fraudulently converted to her own use the sum of four million seven hundred and thirty seven thousand Leones (Le 4,737,000.00) entrusted to her by Matilda Kargbo for the purpose of delivering the said property to Ashmia Abie Sesay.
Nonetheless, Magistrate Peter Gogra discharged the matter for wants of prosecution.
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Eric Deen was prosecuting the matter.
