Aberdeen Community has booked its place in the knockout stages of the ongoing Central One Football Association (COFA) Inter-Community Champions League, following a determined 2-1 win over Patton City.

The victory sees Aberdeen climb to seven points from four matches, with two wins and one draw, leaving them unbeaten so far. Their strong form secures their position at the top of the group and guarantees progression to the next phase of the tournament.

The race for the second qualifying spot remains open, with second-placed Kossoh Tong set to take on Congo  Town  who sit at the bottom of the group with just one point. That upcoming encounter could prove decisive in determining who joins Aberdeen in the next round.

Aberdeen’s midfield maestro, Abdul Aziz Shyllon, was once again instrumental, earning the Man of the Match award for his composed and creative display. His leadership in the center of the park drew plaudits from both fans and coaching staff.
