Osman Mansaray Made his first appearance before Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba road court in Freetown on four count charges to wit conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to law, Wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861, wounding contrary to section 20 of the offences against the person Act of 1861, and Assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act of 1861.
According to the charge sheet it was alleged that on the 8th July 2021 at regent road the western area in Freetown conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit wounding with intent and unlawfully wounded Sima Samura with intent to do him grievous bodily harm, assaulted the said complainant in a manner there by occasioning him actual bodily harm.
Magistrate Ngegba in giving his ruling refused bail and send the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown
Sergeant Bona B is prosecuting the matter which is adjourned to the 30th July 2021.
