N’tuma Mansaray, a former nurse attached to the Lumley government hospital has been charged and arraigned before High Court Justice Suleiman Bah, 14th January 2012. No plea was taken in the first appearance.
A-Z News can confirm that jurors are yet to be selected in the matter and Justice Bah adjourned the matter to 18th January 2021.
The particular offense reads that on Monday 30th March 2020 at Murray Town Barracks in Freetown, N’tuma Mansaray unlawfully murdered Mahmoud Mansaray after a quarrel ensued between the former spouses.
The accused was represented by Ishmael Mamie Esq and was remanded in custody. Matter adjourned to the 18th January 2021.
In another development, Bintu Mansaray also made her first appearance before Justice Suleiman Bah for same offence of Murder. It was alleged that the accused murdered one Samuel Ansumana Giboto Sesay on the 8th February 2019, in Freetown.
