According to the particulars of the offence, on Saturday, 26 September 2026, at Last Banking, Aberdeen, in the Western Area of Freetown, the two accused allegedly conspired with other persons unknown to commit a felony, to wit, wounding with intent.

When the charges were read and explained to them, both accused pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Kadie Taylor, informed the court that copies of the case and inquiry files had been served on the accused. Both accused, who were not legally represented, acknowledged receipt of the documents.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Jah refused bail, citing the seriousness of the offences charged, and ordered that the accused be remanded at the Male Correctional Centre.
