Friend’s Cart Services has introduced digital ticket sales for the 10th edition of the Friend’s Cart Fair, allowing attendees to purchase tickets conveniently through Monime ahead of the event.
The initiative comes as the organization prepares to host its fourth Freetown edition on October 3, 2026, at Parade Garden.
Founder of Friend’s Cart Services, Fatima Kabba, said the move to digital ticketing is aimed at keeping pace with emerging trends while improving convenience and value for customers.
“Skip the queues and secure your event ticket conveniently by confirming your payment through your Mobile Money PIN,” Kabba said.
She described the Friend’s Cart Fair as an innovative platform designed to inspire young people by showcasing entrepreneurs, creatives, students and professionals who are making an impact in their communities.
“It’s a moment for young people to experience the reality of how their peers have turned opportunities into jobs,” she added.
As the event draws closer, organizers have announced ten influential young personalities and changemakers from tertiary institutions across Sierra Leone as the impactful faces of this year’s edition.
They include former Mr. UniMak titleholders Eazi and Kuzie, FBC’s first female Political Society President Samantha, former AMCU Vice President Victoria Maggi, Chelsea Kanga, and IPAM talent Lil Trump.
The NLe 150 ticket has also attracted interest from prospective attendees, who say the package offers value for money. The ticket includes free access to the pre-Friend’s Cart event, “Movie & Chill,” scheduled for September 26 at HQ Club House in Aberdeen.
Attendees at the main event will also enjoy performances and entertainment from ten DJs.
Friend’s Cart Services began as a mobile food business during the founders’ college years and has since evolved into a recognized platform combining entrepreneurship, entertainment and youth empowerment.
