A woman, Kadiatu Kamara, has made another appearance before Magistrate Mary Julia Gbloh at Pademba Road Court No. 5 in Freetown on a one-count charge of affray, contrary to Section 11 of the Public Order Act No. 46 of 1965.

According to the charge sheet, the accused, on 14 December 2025 at Down the Hole, Tree Planting in Freetown, was allegedly involved in a fight in a manner likely to cause fear to the public.

When the charge was read in court, no plea was taken.

In an effort to proceed with the matter, Police Prosecutor Sergeant 9906 Umu Jalloh applied for a short adjournment due to the absence of her witness. She informed the court that the police officer scheduled to testify was engaged at the High Court of Sierra Leone, giving evidence in another case.

Magistrate Gbloh subsequently adjourned the matter to 30 April 2026 for further hearing.
