29yrs old Momoh Conteh made his first appearance before magistrate Ldylo Jusu of Pademba road court in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916.
According to the charge sheet it was alleged on the 12th June 2021 at No.4 Olorshoro Stream, Murray town did steal one blue black Tecno Spark four Mobile phone valued one million five hundred thousand Leones (1,500,000/00) property of Fatu Kposowa.
The charge was read to the accused person and he pleaded guilty and told the magistrate that his father told the complainant that he will refund the money to her.
The magistrate asked the complainant to know if she was aware of such development, her response was the accuse dad only spoke to her today.
Magistrate Jusu adjourned the matter to the 30th June 2021 DPC 13439 Isata Feika prosecuting the matter. /p> ���3[
