The Minister of Health, Dr. Austin Demby concluded a Management Training for Senior Nurses and Midwives in Bo, held from 19 to 21 February 2026. In his closing remarks, Dr. Demby commended nurses and midwives for their critical role in strengthening health service delivery nationwide. He emphasized the need for sustained investment in their welfare and professional development to ensure improved healthcare outcomes. “Patients are our bosses, and we must treat them with dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times.” Dr. Austin Demby said.
