The Executive Committee of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has appointed Mohamed Benson Bawoh as General Secretary and Ishmail Saidu Kanu as Deputy General Secretary, with both appointments taking immediate effect.
The appointments were made following a meeting of the Executive Committee and are in line with the Association commitment to strengthen its administration structures and enhance effective football governance across the Country.
The Executive Committee expressed confidence in the experience professionalism, and leadership qualities of Mohamed Benson Bawoh and Ishmael Saidu Kanu, noting that their appointments will further support the Sierra Leone Football Association strategic objectives and ongoing football development initiatives.
The Sierra Leone Football Association wishes the newly appointed General Secretary and Deputy General Secretary successes as they assume their roles in Service of Football development in Sierra Leone.
The two individuals have worked before during their time at the orange Football Special program with good Chemistry during that time.
