Magistrate Augustine Brima Samura of Pademba Road Court No. 8 has committed 38-year-old accountant and engineer Mohamed Jabity and 24-year-old Samuel Mossima to stand trial in the High Court for the alleged murder of Kelly Kamara.

The accused were charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Murder, contrary to Section 1 of the Offences Against the Person Act and the Death Penalty Act 2021 (Act No. 6 of 2022).

According to the particulars of the offence, on Sunday, 21 September 2025, at Engine, Kaingo, Lumley in Freetown, the accused allegedly conspired with other unknown individuals and fatally assaulted Kelly Kamara.

After the charges were read and explained, both accused pleaded guilty.
