As the Minister of Public Administration and Political Affairs, Honourable Amara Kallon stands at the heart of Sierra Leone’s ongoing transformation agenda. Under his leadership, the Ministry has spearheaded significant reforms aligned with the Big Five Agenda, which focus on enhancing institutional capacity, accountability, and service delivery. Minister Kallon has been instrumental in redefining the public sector’s framework, introducing the Civil Service Code, and driving the digitization of human resource management across the public service all efforts aimed at creating a modern, efficient, and citizen-centered administration.
A respected mover and seasoned administrator, Minister Kallon’s extensive experience in both the public and political spheres of Sierra Leone, as well as the wider West African region, has positioned him as a thought leader and change agent.
