The First Police Witness (PW1)Brima Hassan who is the complainant in this case presented a video before Marke Ngegba of Court No.2 Pademba road Freetown on the 1st June, 2021 in a matter involving Alhaji Sheku (PW1) Ibrahim Turay (PW 2) and Wahid Hider (PW3).The accused persons were arraigned on five counts charge ranging from conspiracy, kidnapping, wounding, assault etc.
The First Police Witness (PW1) Brima Hassan presented the video before his Lawyer J.M.S Bull, Inspector A.T Bangura and Lawyers M.S Koroma and I. Macfoy. He identified the video before the Magistrate.
During cross examination, defense council, Ibrahim Macfoy Esq asked the PW1 that from the first, second and third videos if he saw his client in the video. The witness said yes.
Defense counsel continued to ask the witness that from the videos the third accused person was pleading not to remove the clothes that he was wearing. The Witness responded that he was pleading for him. Defense counsel asked witness if the first accused person remove his clothes. Witness said yes. Defense counsel asked witness from the second video if he was beating up. Witness said no.
The Lawyer representing the complainant is J.M.S Bull. The matter was adjourned to the 8th June, 2021.
