Mohamed Sullaiman made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road Court No.1 in Freetown on a count charges of Larceny contrary to section 13(I) of the larceny Act of 1916.
According to the particulars of offense, the accused on Monday 19th August 2024, at 1st First Street Adonkia Freetown, entered the dwelling house of Paul Jessie Moriba and stole therein the sum of three thousand three hundred United States dollars ($3,300) property of the said complainant.
According to the Associating counsel Lawyer M.Kargbo Esq, the complainant had an emergency that was why he was absent in court. The accused person was not legally represented.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Kekura refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown. The matter was adjourned to the 28th October 2024.
