Scheduled from February 27 to March 02, 2024, this visit marks President Bio’s second official trip to China, reaffirming the commitment of both nations to foster a robust partnership and pursue shared objectives.
During his stay, President Bio will engage in pivotal bilateral discussions with President Xi Jinping, focusing on deepening cooperation across various sectors. A highlight of the itinerary includes President Bio’s participation in a Sierra Leone-centric Investment Roundtable, aimed at attracting crucial investments to fuel the nation’s development agenda.
Additionally, the President will interface with key investors and investor groups, leveraging the visit to explore avenues for strategic collaboration. He is also slated to tour key industrial sites within China, underscoring the significance of economic ties between the two nations.
