Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Ross Road Court No.1 has cautioned and discharged an Okada rider, Ibrahim Kamara ‘alias sharp’ 2 of No. 48 Pick cock Farm in Wellington.
Ibrahim 28 was arraigned before the court on one count of fraudulent conversation contrary to law.
Police records showed that the accused, on Saturday 29th April, 2023 at Produce Marketing Board (PMB) Junction, Wellington in the Freetown Judicial district fraudulently converted to a TVS motorbike with registration number ADR valued at ten million Leones (Le10, 000,000) which was entrusted to him by Foday Sorie Kamara for purpose of plying on commercial basis.
Magistrate Kekura discharged the matter when the complainant told the court he is longer proceeding with the matter.
The accused made several appearance before the court and was granted bail.
The accused never fulfilled the bail conditions until he was discharged.
Police Constable 19576 Sesay Ishmael was prosecuting the matter.
