33 years old Alpha Kargbo a Fisher man made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Friday the 11th August 2023 at papa Clef entertainment Centre Lumley Beach Road Aberdeen the western area in Freetown Stole one and half rolls of electric cables valued five thousand five hundred and fifty Leones(5,550) Property of Sheku Kamessi alias Papa Clef.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person he pleaded guilty Deputy Superintendent of police Marie Sesay told the court that the fact as charge there is no available records against the accused person.
The accused person was unrepresented by legal representative he pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy.
Due to the plea mitigation by the accused person Magistrate Gogra sentenced the accused person to six months imprisonment to the male correctional facility in Freetown and the exhibit to be restored to the complainant.
